Gemma joined Vitruvian in 2023 and works as an Associate supporting the investment teams.

Prior to Vitruvian, Gemma was a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman. Gemma holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford.
