Melchior initially joined Vitruvian in 2020 and re-joined in 2023 following his MBA. Melchior is a Vice President supporting the investment teams. 

Prior to Vitruvian, Melchior was an Investment Banking Analyst at UBS. Melchior has an MSc in Finance and a BSc in International Economics and Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
